4) Your home will be listed on over 18 real estate websites. Over 80% of home buyers are going to the internet first to find a home. (Our Bathrobe and Slippers crowd). Print magazines and newspaper ads are not where the buyers are. They are on the internet.
5) I will call you! - I won't stick a sign in your yard and forget to call you. If you leave a message for me, I will call you back.
6) EZ-exit agreement clause - If your plans change or you are not happy with my service I will release your listing with no penalty.
When you are interviewing agents to list your home, ask to see samples of their marketing materials. You need marketing that will pull your home away from the competition. Location is important but so is exposure.An agent's marketing plan will show you how hard they are willing to work for you.
